Questions
How long does it take?
Your free homepage mockup comes back within 2 business days. Once you say go and send your photos and wording, most websites are live within about a week. We help with both and keep you in the loop the whole way.
I don't have a domain. Is that a problem?
No. We register it for you, in your business name using your ABN, and connect it. The first year is included in the setup. After that the yearly renewal is passed on at cost, and the domain is always yours.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. We'll design you a fresh homepage free, using your current site as a starting point. If you go ahead, we'll build you a new website for the same setup price. Your old site stays up until the new one is ready to switch over.
What counts as a small change?
Swapping photos, updating prices or services, new opening hours, a new phone number. Up to 30 minutes a month is included. Anything bigger, we quote first.
Do I have to use Its All Sorted?
No. The Website package works on its own. If you'd also like Its All Sorted to manage your customers, jobs, quotes and invoices, choose the Website + Its All Sorted package for $99 a month.
